Websites keywords stuck around page 7?

Any ideas how to fix this? It is a bit bothersome.

The sites is itestcash . com without the spaces and the keywords basically are kind of stuck around page 7 for counterfeit detector. I recently am trying new things to fix its rankings but it is pretty far back in the results and barely getting visitors like it used to.

Would it be worth hiring someone to make guest quality blog posts? Would that be something that could get the page authority up and help its rankings?

Article brokers like iwriter.com and textbroker.com may be easier than ordering a pack of 10 articles from a freelancer through elance.om, udesk.com or freelancer.com. Of course writing your own content is best, some advertise for local college students to write articles, perhaps you could summarize the content of articles and have someone flesh them out.
Backlinks remain one of the biggest rank driving factors, though it's becoming more of a cat and mouse game to game google. Do get pages on several free social sites like Facebook that link to your site.
