i am computer hardware and network engineer, i have 7+ yrs exprience in this field
now i want to open my own I.T. company,PLEASE suggest me how to explore my bussiness
and how to adverties,how to promote, how to choose i.t. product, how to get service center of i.t. product,
how to write performa for i.t. product offer for attraction.

Select a good place and have two sections, one for sales and another for service with different phone numbers. Try to get dealership from reputed companies, otherwise buy standard items and keep
neatly displayed. Keep low margin on your products. Fix a minimum fee for service.
Do not forget to give good customer service. Remember they are your free advertisement media
Do not forget your anchor customers.
Keep some amount at least 10 - 15% of your investment in reserve to meet emergencies.
Have a good team of service engineers

yahh, hi, All depends on where you live, if you live in a city like mumbai, build contcts with relative, as message passed on by words is best recognized, then catch hold of sites like facebook, which help to advertise your business. rule of business is to always keep atleast 25% of total money in side so that even if u have losses, you dont totally lose it all., for further help do contct me.
