I'm not sure if I understand your question. When you tag a photo, once you log out the locations you tagged are stored by DigitalGlobe (the company who owns the satellites and tomnod). Once they complete an area, all the data is run through a program, and if a certain area if found to have multiple tags, the photos of that area are pulled up and sent to the companies analysts to review. So, you're not exactly "sharing" them with anyone directly-but it is saved and DigitalGlobe is able to see what users tagged what photos, but with so many users it wouldn't be practical for them to look at one individual.

You don't have to share it on any website or social media at all.
