Why did only one part of a file get deleted on Mediafire?

I'm trying to download this huge track list directory for some of my old electronic CDs but part 4 of this file is deleted. All other 5 parts of the file are still up but now I'm unable to open 4,5, and 6 because part 4 is missing. I can't find it anywhere else on the entire internet so now I'm going to have to manually add the track info which will take about 60 hours worth.

It may have been claimed illegal by anyone. Or it may be pirated.....
