He is just ignoring me all the time?

I don't want to make it some long back story but I'll explain the guy and hopefully it will make sense.

This guy I met has a reputation of sleeping with countless girls and having no commitment to them after, he claims he's very forward when it comes to these girls and doesn't lead them on.
We started talking around end of January and he was the one that asked me to meet him. He knew I wasn't putting out because I had told him so many time prior. Since meeting him a few times he has never tried it with me. And despite saying he likes me has never tried the little things like kissing me or even just trying to get close.

He started a job recently he says he needs to go over what he learnt at work and says he's usually very tired which means he has no time to talk to me. But yet I see him all the time on Facebook interacting with other people?

He asked me to see him Sunday and to be honest I feel like telling him to F off he makes no effort with me and I always need to talk to him first.

What should I do? Any insight on what he maybe doing?

Tough love here, well sort of of. The guy is a douche who is only interested in no strings sex, the very fact he wont be getting that from you means he's not actually that interested in having much to do with you. You are there to pass the time on occasion and if he manages to break you and get what he wants then you will likely never hear from him again. The best thing you can do is tell him to F*** off, or better yet just don't bother speaking to him again, you are a toy to him that he can pick up and put down at his own leisure so make the stand and put a stop to it.
