Is there a reason for why rutracker is not letting me search or download torrents?

I believe it's ratio free, isn't it? I haven't been seeding back because my internet is not unlimited anymore.

When I try to search something, it just redirects me back to the home page. I've experienced this once before when I was downloading 10 torrents at the same time. I read somewhere that 10 is the limit. I was able to search and download again after deleting one of the torrents. I'm only downloading 5 torrents right now. I'm prevented from both searching and downloading. Is there a reason for that?

It's a terrific site, lots of gems not found anywhere else. Not ratio-free though.
