Instagram hashtag question?

Okay so it really annoys me on Instagram when people put all those hashtags to get more likes but I want more likes too so I do them on pics that are like a day old and then I'll do it again the next day and after I do this once and then do the hashtags again no one likes the picture the second time why is this? What can I do?

Yeah, you can't tag the same things on the same photo, they wont refresh inside the newsfeed. If it's in there, it's already in there. The limit for hashtags is 30 per comment. So you post 30 hashtags then you'll have to post 30 NEW hashtags next time. Make sure you post them at a good time too, like 9pm.
