How to disable friends on Facebook from seeing things you post in groups on facebook?

Ok so recently I've joined a few groups on Facebook and I was wondering if there is a way to not let all my friends see what I post, when I post in this group I'm in. I rather not have them see what I post, just the people who look in this group and I was wondering if there is a way to disable my friends from seeing it in their newsfeed.

if the group is an open group, your only option is to add those friends to your restricted list, but they wont see any of your status updates or anything else either then
