Invite to Den of Angels?

Hello! Can anyone help me out on this one? My first BJD, a Mystic-Kids MSD sized girl named Evelyn, came a few months back. I'm now no longer afraid to talk to people (as I used to be) about dolls and would like to join the community. Two months ago I sent an email to den of angels to request a membership, but they haven't replied or even indicated that they received the e-mail I now have 1 more BJD (I love him!) Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
(A/N, I do not have any friends who are into BJD's/are on Den of Angels, hence the reason why I am turning to the internet)

A member needs your email to submit you for membership. Then Den of Angels mails you the invite.

Edit - And it is still not possible without an email. All a member can do is submit the email of someone to request DoA invite them. A member cannot just get a special code for someone. They need to submit the email of the person who desires to be invited.
