How do I get a refund from Spotify?

I got a free trial for one month to spotify premium or unlimited and I got charged for a month after the trial ended. However, I did not know they could do this and now I got charged on my bank account and have an overdraft fee. The bank already told me that if I get spotify or paypal(that's how I paid) to give me a refund, they would erase the overdraft fee. I already contacted Spotify today, but I don't know if they will ever reply to me so I am just trying to find an alternate solution. Could I file a claim or dispute through Paypal?
I am open to any suggestions. Thank you!

they will tell you you trialed it but you had to cancel it so many days before the trial ended most are 14 days but some companies are stingy and say 31 days so you have to cancel the day you order the trial technically and they are allowed to do this its just in the small print
