Ebay question?

I shipped a item on Friday threw usps and it said it would be delivered on Monday and I checked on usps and it said delivered but when I got a hold of the buyer he said he had not got his item.For some reason I got two tracking numbers one for usps and one for global tracking number it says Customs Documentation and Labeling?? I live in Iowa and it was sent to Kentucky so don't understand why my usps tracking number said it was delivered and the global tracking number says Customs Documentation and Labeling in Kentucky can somebody help me with this just confused.

Clearly there is a gross error in the data you have for tracking. Did you fill out customs forms (regardless of mailing within the US)? Did you mail the package at the post office? If so, I can't help but wonder if you received the wrong receipt.

I recommend returning to the post office and asking for help with this. Ask them why a customs declaration is shown on a receipt for mailing a package from Iowa to Kentucky.

There are some major advantages of generating your own prepaid postage labels though eBay, and your issue is one that would not have happened. All you need is a scale to accurately weigh the item (a decent kitchen scale will work)
