How to return products on ebay?

i purchase an item on eBay and i want to return it to seller and he also said that he will return my fund that i paid through papal .. can anyone please tell me the exact steps of what I should do? I am a new buyer and i don't know how to work with refunds.. please don't send me eBay pages because i already read them and i am totally confused...i need someone to tell me all the steps...

Sign in to your ebay,up at the top of the page where it says my ebay put your pointer over that and you will see the drop down click purchase history over to the right side of the item you want to return you will see leave feedback and more options click that and click return this item,when the seller gets the item back they will give your money back,you might have to pay return shipping,it depends on the sellers settings,then print your label and send it back.

Before the seller sends the money back, they will have to receive the item. Open a case to return the item and print the shipping label.
