amazon forgot my order?

I ordered a Nintendo ds lite and some games on amazon. After I done it, it allowed me to track my order and everything was normal but now it says I never ordered anything in the first place. Also, people are still selling the thing I ordered. What happened and what shall I do?
I also cleared my search history right after ordering if that makes any difference

get into contact with amazon by phone because that is when they will listen to you! i had the same problem and then i rang them and they sorted it swiftly and now im happy using amazon again...trust me if one thing is for sure it is that if you paid for an item you will recieve it one way or another!
