I'm heavy downloader. i need some names of good ISP which dont hav FUP. i live near Dmart. dont suggest hathway...its shit....

it will be hard or tricky to find any ISP who doesnt have Fair Use Policy. How much do you download per month? I suggest you go for limited allowance per month like 200gb then you should have speeds til you reach your allowance and then capped at 256kbps

i suggest that if their is bsnl broadband available in your area you should give a try to their unlimtied plans which have at least 256kbps speed after 2or 4gb download at much high speed. While if you use private mobile network they reduce the speed to 40kbps.
Now landline connection is not necessary to take broadband connection. Check bsnl plan on follwing link
