2. Your target region
3. The timing of the ad

As much as i know till yet classified ads have not been proof helpful for me specially FREE classified sites. Because even I had posted my ads on other site, but it wasn't as much as effective. Would tell it depends on site as well If you have posted your ads on OLX or quikr it may get some revert from there. That means the site is more popular in market go for that site.
