Question about "Like" option in Facebook Ads?

I do internet marketing and wanted to create a 2nd targeted ad campaign on facebook. I noticed when creating my first ad, there was a line at the bottom that said "(my name) likes this ad". My question is.... will all my facebook friends be shown this ad? As of recently, many of my facebook friends are family and I don't want them knowing every product I'm pushing. I wrote Facebook and asked, but its taking forever for them to get back to me.
