What is this and how do I stop it?

There is a photo attached.

Wen I select something, there is a chance for THIS* to show up, it's a weird little pop up thing and it's annoying, it also didn't show up until recently so I don't know if it's something I downloaded, I don't know if it's a virus or if it's just a thing to do with chrome.

there is also an add that occasionally shows up at the bottom of the chrome window and I think they are connected, I don't have a pic of them though...

What I want to know is...is there a way to disable this feature and is it a virus?

I hope you can help because it's really bothering me...

It's not a virus, it's to simply share or upload it on these media pages (google, youtube, twitter, etc.). You might be able to disable it if you go to settings or fix the features on chrome.
