Am I traced or not...?
There's a page I like on Facebook and they posted something about another page scamming them out of quite a bit of money. They posted a link to the person who apparently scammed them (It was facebook.com/imsexyandiknowit or something like that, but it was an actual Facebook page). I accidentally clicked the link to the imsexyandiknowit page and I went back to the home page. Couple minutes later someone comments that he can track your IP if you click on the imsexyandiknowit page. 5 minutes pass, the person who posted the scammed status deletes it. Real question? Can I really be traced by clicking that Facebook link?

The site administrator can trace the IP of anyone who visited the site. But the IP address is not your home address - all they can get is the city and state where your ISPs server is located. They don't have your name or home address
