No, it's not a safe site. They say it's a teen dating site, but it really isn't. They say users over the age of 25 are not allowed on their site. They say people using a fake date of birth will be banned from their site permanently. But, how do they know? They don't. They don't know if this person is really 15 or if (s)he is really 40 years old. The only way you can really tell is if some adult tells this teen their age and some responsible teen contacts the creator of the website. There are also some teens who will post sexually explicit comments and photos.If you use this site with extra caution, and think about what information you give to these strangers, it might be pretty safe. I wouldn't use this site if I were you, though.
