Contact your host, If it's you then your computer probably doesn't have the get up n' go to run a server hosting requires a special kind of computer and internet connection

I can see nothing done on your part to cause this, the total file site of your wordpress home page is about 1/5 Mb, your Hostgator server has about 190 sites on it, that's probably less than average. There may be one account on the server doing file sharing or something that's sucking up server resources. Your paying to get that 'better' Hostgator support, they should respond and kick out the offender or put you on a different server, not the IP address of your site so you can confirm when it has changed servers.

You have to get word to Hosthator, that sort of load delay is totally unacceptable and hurts your traffic as well as search ranking, I recall one site study that found just a 5 secong delay caused a 20% bounce rate while a 1/2 second load time had a 5% bounce rate (Google's own internal design guides call for a 1/2 second page load) you are probably losing the majority of visitors before the site loads.
