Can you reply to someone elses reply on an ask?

Okay so, if I didn't explain that well enough for you then read this:
I sent an ask to one of my favourite blogs a couple of days back, and theyve just replied to me now.
I want to reply to them. Do you have to send them another ask again or can you somehow post a comment on the ask?

I have a feeling you're talking about tumblr. If you are you can either reply to the post through your dash board and the blog you asked a question to will get that in its notifications or you just have to send in a new one which if its a very popular blog is the best option
