Ghettro Metro or Virgin Mobile- 35, 45 or 50 bucks a month for unlimited talk text and web (but shitty service) NO TAX

T-Mobile- Since you already have an android (and are okay with keeping it) you can pay $60/ month on T-Mobile's VALUE plan. You will get unlimited talk, text and 2GB of 4G web (unlimited 3G web). If you want a new phone with this plan you have to play full price up front or over the course of 20 months.

T-Mobile also has the same CLASSIC plan but $80/ month but you get a discount on the phone.
TMOBILE TAX IS ABOUT 13 TO 15% but their corporate discounts are as high as 8% off the entire bill

Spint has unlimited talk text and web for about 65 or 70 / month.
SPRINT TAX IS ABOUT 21-23% and their corporate discounts are as high as 22% off the entire bill

At&t and Verizon are really expensive. But generally you pay about $90 /month for 450 minutes, Unlimited texting and 3GB (average use, nothing crazy heavy) worth of web browsing.
ATT TAX IS 21-23% with corporate discounts up to 25% (Apple or Coca Cola only)
VERIZON TAX IS 18-20% with corporate discounts up to 25% (Apple, and sometimes Home Depot, Mollie Stones, etc)

As for phones, the best Androids in my opinion are Samsung and HTC. If you like bright screens go with Samsung (Galaxy S III or Note if you like to draw). The HTC has better interface with Google because they have been working with them for so long. The HTC One X has got good reviews.

LG's tend to work out great for a few first month but my customers who purchased those usually came back after 6 or 7 months complaining it would die.

Hope this helps!
