Why isn't pingomatic letting me submit my blog?

Why isn't pingomatic letting me submit my blog?
I enter the Blog name, Blog home page and the RSS URL on http://www.pingomatic.com and everytime I click on Send Pings it just keeps coming up with the same message and a blank page saying "No Blog URL ?"

Please somebody help.

It's not just you. I can't use it either, and many others are having the same problem. Pingomatic is a Wordpress feature. No one on WP can get an answer (as usual!).
