Can I get the MW3 and BO2 callsign in COD Ghosts cross platform?

In order for you to get the MW3 and BO2 callsign in COD Ghosts, you need to have played those 2 games before. Here's the dilemma:

I played MW3 and BO2 on the Xbox 360 back in the day, and yes, my Xbox LIVE account IS hooked up to Call of Duty Elite. I can even go on to Call of Duty Elite and view all my stats and such from all my time spent playing MW3 and BO2. However, I bought COD Ghosts for the PS4. My PSN is hooked up to the same Call of Duty Elite account, so it's all in one place. I can log in to my Elite Account and view my MW3 & BO2 stats from my XBL account, and I can view my Ghosts stats from my PSN account. My question is, since I played MW3 and BO2 on the Xbox 360, can I get the MW3 and BO2 callsign in COD Ghosts for my PS4? It doesn't specify that you have to be within the same systems. As in, it doesn't specify that I had to have played those 2 games on PS3 in order to get the callsign for Ghosts on the PS4. So does anybody know the answer to this? Can't find it anywhere, because I did indeed play MW3 and BO2, so I should receive the callsigns on Ghosts because my XBL account and PSN account are hooked up to the same COD Elite account.
