Is anyone else having this problem on Instagram?
I can't scroll down when I look at my profile, or someone else's profile! It shows the first 9-12 pics normally, but it just shows the refresh button under that and I can't press it. It's not my connection. I can scroll down my feed fine. What's wrong!?
