After a cursory exam, I have to guess it's OK

The 3 year old site has a Google page rank of 4, which is a gauge of the number of other sites linking to it, that's a medium ecommerce site sort of ranking.

It has a tole free # and address in the Contact US page that agrees with the site registration info.


Standard site review procedure to apply in the future:
1) Lookup the owner info and creation date with a whois lookup
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp
(Some use a paid proxy or a faked address to conceal the real owner information)

2) Do a web search for "theSiteName.com" scam
This one is too new to appear in fraud report sites.

3) Check for an identifying phone# or address on the Contact Us page, emails from 'problem' customers are too easy to ignore, look through other support, about us pages for out of place information indicating a copied site.
