They just change the codes up, or the settings. If its a big update/change they will shut the website down.

simply, this type of website have admin page(admin is role for managing system real its any user) with login so responsible person or user can log in and manage content(called CRM - Content Management System).

when user logged in, there are page for managing event, announcement, scheduled, images, post etc.
user can view - edit - delete - update - remove facility. which effect in website. so changes reflect to website(real time).

so no need to again code it or update whole website again. updates are dynamic and real time user can do that any time.

university, school - events, exams, results. Business scheme, update product info etc.. - updates like same.

1. You need a domain name eg. http://www.asolutioncoltd.com
2. A hosting company eg. Godday.com
3. An FTP client software eg. filezilla
4. Log in credentials ei username, password, ip address of hosting server
5. Edit your pages and upload them to the server using the ftp client with any changes that you may add to the page.
6 you can use dreamweaver to edit and use it as an ftp client to connect to the hosting server directly to upload any changes instatly you edit.
