I want to award most engaged fan on Facebook page, but how can I know who is that user?

Hi.

On my Facebook page I have a pretty good idea who are the most engaged people/fans, and I know who likes my links the most. But I would like to have concrete data on that matter. I would like to be able to say, "Ok, I posted this many articles on Facebook this month, and this is the list of the people that pressed "like" button the most."

I would love to award that person and acknowledge that on Facebook page, so other fans would be encouraged top engage more in the future.

Is there some application that can do this for me? Or something else?
