Not conecting to the internet?

I was on the computer and lost enternet connection now the computer will not reconnect. Say's it is missing a section of internet Explorer program fire fox or google chrom can' load xpcom.

If you deleted all of your internet browsers, you can do everything with command prompt (CMD). If that doesn't work, you can do a system restore to the point where everything was working.
