Why am i still lagging when I have good internet?
Im in Chicago with Xfinity internet. My ping averages from 10ms-20ms my download speed is 30.00Mbps my upload speed is 5.91Mbps. I use my laptop with an Ethernet cord and I also use Ethernet for my xbox 360. when all the devices in the house are on I test the internet and the average ping is 15ms-20ms the average download 12Mbps-25Mbps and the upload is still 5Mbps. Now when I play xbox 360 my sister is always on her iPad watching either Netflix or Youtube and then I start to lag. How can I solve this problem. I cant upgrade anymore cause I already pay a lot. I shouldn't be lagging due to the fact im playing wired.

Online Gaming depends on PING,

Ping should be 50ms-100ms.

Best Regards

This also depends on who is hosting the server try hosting your own when you play online to see if it lags and if someone uses internet make sure they are not downloading or watching youtube at 1080p for your best performance.
Try closing apps on your turned on laptops that you don't use that use internet, or just simply turn it off.
If none of these work it might be a problem with your Xbox either it has broken wireless or your ISP is experiencing issues at the moment.
