What does this pic comment mean?
On Facebook he commented 'ow ow' on my profile pic, than his guy friend commented right after. Why? Btw I'm in 8th grade... Thoughts?!

Do you know what cat calling is ? It's to make a whistle, shout, or comment of a sexual nature to a woman passing by. His comment is basically that. It's implying that the pic is hot, attractive etc. Do you understand what I mean ?
