Help creating targeted keyword blog posts?

I need some help creating blogs posts which target researched keywords. How many should I be creating new content daily? What is the best length for blog posts etc. If any users offer guest post functionality for their sites which relate to anything computing, seo, web development etc. and don't mind offering some assistance to a newcomer, then it would be appreciated. The more content the better. Each blog post should be 400-500 words, but in readable small paragraphs with headings to break up the content and make it easier to read. I'd say at least 3 posts a day. You should also promote your blog through social networking and other places online.

There is no doubt that the more the contents the better the results. It normally be good if you can use 500+ words blog. However if you can write 1000+ words blog at least daily then those would be ideal. Keep in mind that the quality of the writing impresses the targeted viewers. Anywhere between 250 to 450 is ideal. Keep it simple and to the point. Use keywords when necessary. Put links when you think its really needed.
