Facebook Company page, not showing others posts on my timeline?

I manage a Company profile that people can "like", however when people post on the timeline their stuff gets sent into a small box listed as others recent posts or something like that, but they do not show up directly on the timeline itself. Is there anyway to change this? I want everyone's posts to be on my timeline.

Are you Trying to Get it So That it Shows up On your Regular Profile As Well ? If So You Cant Facebook pages Everyones Posts Show Up Under Recent Posts By Others you Can Not Change That Sorry
