need help to get in top rankings in search engines?

i made a site and been working a while on it and got my own domain . Ive been trying different descriptions in page settings as I was told this is how google find your page from the keywords and description my sites about work online and legitimate sites as I like to keep people informed on free money earning sites . so what am really asking is does any of you know owt good i could put in my description or added keywords to be found cos its same with my youtube videos not getting any views and i really struggling any help would be great ive submitted them to bing, and google

It will take at least 3 months to work your way up. Using a PPC campaign can get it done over night.

Google changes it's snipers....I mean algorithms often. Believe me when I tell you nobody knows exactly what the formula is except the guy at Google who creates it. I'll tell you what I do that has worked for me and that's making sure I have relevant content that is of value that people are serching for.
