Does it charge for using the internet on the android?
Ok I have thinking about does it charge extra for using the internet on my android impulse (AT&T).... for example if there is no wifi in my location and I need the internet and I get on the browser or facebook or market or youtube etc. Will it charge extra on my bill. (By the way when I got the phone I had to pay an extra 15 bucks because its an internet phone) all im asking is it gonna cost more than the 15 dollars I already pay every month for using the internet a couple of times?

You get 200mb of data each month for that $15/month you're paying. You can't do. Uch with that but you can certainly use the browser and check FB from time to time.

The minutes you spend on the Internet go against the data plan you have. If you exceed the number of bytes per month in your plan, you will be charged extra. As long as you stay below the max in your plan, there's no extra charge.

Yes if there is no WiFi around, getting on the Internet (checking FB, looking at You tube, etc) will be charged to the account. Once you have used up your monthly allowance, the rest of the usage is billed to the phone account and it wont be cheap. Try to use Internet in WiFi area and if you cant, use it it for a vey short time and do not download any movies or clips.

They re right.
You get 200mb data allowance for paying $15 a month. When and every time you use internet, your phone will send n receive data.Every kb data sent fan received will be counted and your 200mb allowance will be deducted.Once,it become zero, you will be charged $1/mb.
So,unless you exceed the allowance, you wont be charged extra.
