I have a question about browser cookies?

I have a question about browser cookies?
The cookies that stores your password when you log a forum, youtube etc.
It keeps you logged on and don't have to sign each time you turn off your browser.

But if you clear an hour history of your cookies (not all of them)
It makes you obligated to retype your password.

My question is
So do we retrieve the cookies before the deleted hour of history?.

Let say I deleted 1 hour of surfing history around 1pm which deleted 12:00pm and 1pm of history.

So how do I retrieve the cookie before 12pm?
So I can bring back my autolog?
I think I can find the cookies that aren't deleted because they're older than 1 hour but dunno how to use them to log on the site.

I use google Chrome browser.
Hope made sense.
I don't want to delete the rest.

I said if you delete history and choose 1 hour it delete 1 hour of history but doesn't delete anything older than one hour.

I want to get the stuff older than ONE hour and replace the deleted material so my login etc can RE-WORK!!!!!!

As we all know "Cookies" are the Flying Monkeys of the Evil Witch of the West, so the fewer the better...

Switch to Firefox then you can delete cookies at will by site or any individual cookie from a specific site. Give permission for cookies to specific sites while blocking others etc.

I also recommend using these addon's:
Clear Console; lets you clear the browsers cash, history, cookies, or HTTP log-ins separately. (which would solve the problem you describe)
Self-Destructing Cookies; lets you chose to delete cookies after you close a sites tabs or the browser (also has an un-delete cookies option)
Better Privacy, LSO manager; automatically deletes the new Flash "super cookies".
DoNotTrackMe privacy protection; which takes care of about everything else tracking cookie wise.

I suggest using http://www.vpnpower.net for you to unblock websites. I have been with them since 4 years.
