driver_state_power_failure/Facebook isn't loading?

Facebook doesn't load on my laptop, and I get the error message I get if I'm not connected to the internet. It worked fine until a few weeks ago. Thing is, I'm connected and everything else loads EXCEPT facebook. What's with that? AND it doesn't work on IE or Firefox. It's the only page that has trouble loading. It's not partial loading either.
Messages doesn't work half the time. I get that stupid yellow triangle on the side annoying the hell outta me. This is, of course, because fb isn't working.

This is obviously a problem between my computer and Facebook. But nothing else helps.

I use HP Pavilion dm4
Windows 7
Intel core i5

I actually installed Netcare v5 because of my school recently and I fb stopped working around that time. So I uninstalled it today, but fb still won't work.

PLUS, whenever I leave my computer on battery for over 30 minutes, it crashes to the blue screen of death. This started happening after the installation too.

Help me please, or at least suggestions to get the problem fixed.

As Far as Facebook Goes its Probably Blocked on the Network you would Need to Contact your Internet Service Provider For Help With that
