my facebook account has been disabled because i didnt register/verify it?
i attempted to log onto my facebook today and a message came up saying "Your account has been disabled. If you have any questions or concerns, you can visit our FAQ page here."

again it said its been disabled because i didn't verify or register it or something.

how can i fix this and/or who do i email?
