I haven't received my item from ebay?
I purchased the item through pay pal using my credit card, waited until the estimated delivery date then sent the seller a message but they haven't replied. I tried to report the problem and ebay needs me to input the transaction number but when I went into my pay pal account there is no history of the purchase. There is history of the purchase in my ebay and bank account but not on pay pal? How do I get my money back?

You most likely recieved an email confirming your EBay purchase with the transaction and or ID number attatched to it.
Also if the seller is far from your current location it could take much longer than the estimated date to arrive. I've ordered quite a lot of things that that arrived nowhere near the estimated date it gave me.
Give it a few more days or so and if you get too concerned look for your email and try contacting the seller or EBay staff again.

http://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/sr?search=1&...0my%20item

Go to that link and open a case. Ebay will review it and refund your money, the transaction number should be in your purchase history on ebay.

go onto ebay, My ebay (at the top) then 'Purchase History' which is on the left side.

the description/name of the item you purchased will also have a Item number next to it.

if you cant find it, you can look in your email for the item, the Item number may be there.

if not, click on the link to the item to take you to the ebay page, at the top in the address bar it will say 'Ebay.com/ITM/' then the item name and after that the item number.

eg 123456789012

you can make sure this is the item number by copying it and pasteing it in the search box on ebay, which should take you strait to the item.
