As a professional website Designer/Developer/Marketer one of my clients has paid CityGrid (the parent company of CitySearch) to promote one of my clients.

To find out (for free) their various levels of charges and what they provide at each level, get in touch with one of their agents at their website. What I can tell you is that about $300 per month was the lowest cost for us, although they do sometimes give $100 discounts to new clients for one month, in my experience.

But I don't work for CityGrid, so again, you must talk to them (for free), rather than just going by my personal experience.
