How do I unpoint a domain?
I have built a website and had 2 domains pointing at it. I now want to change 1 so it is it's own site. It has been built in wordpress and the one that I would like to be on it's own is part of a multisite at current. Any advice would be helpful

just unpark your domain.
if you will use other hosting, change your NS

Domain registration and control is separate to webhosting even if you have them from the same vendor - you need to log into the domain control dashboard and change the DNS settings - you could park it while you sort out the new site or just point it at the new site using the nameserver or IP settings. More on the link below (with examples for GoDaddy and 1and1internet on separate links):
