Twitter help? Retweet button?

It whenever i tweet, the retweet button is gray, like no one can retweet my tweets.. how do i fix this? I think i accidently checked something in settings, but i dont know... you could retweet them before! even though my twitter is and was protected

You have to un-protect it, people can't retweet a protected account because people who don't follow you could see it.
