First Mods for a 97 Eclipse GSX?

I am planning on getting the following for my Eclipse:
255 Wally Fuel Pump (Do I need a new installation kit to replace the stock?)
650cc Fuel injectors
3' Magnaflow Cat-back Exhaust System
GodSpeed Intercooler
Greddy Type S BOV
DSMLink V3
Glowshift Gauges
boost controller (Manual or Electronic?)
I currently have a small 16g Turbo with a bigger exhaust manifold that I plan to install when all the snow finally leaves. Can I just directly bolt on the new turbo? Or will I need to replace anything? And if i'm planning on getting DSMLink, do I need an electronic boost gauge? Also if you have any other ideas, let me know. I'm looking to get 275+hp with this setup, running 20psi.

there is too much detail that i'm willing to write or will even fit in this box. Google your questions. Go on DSMtuner, Dsmtalk, go on facebook and add couple of DSM groups who you can actually talk to. look up some DSM forums they more than likely have had numberous of newb questions like yours.
