I Was Wondering How And Where Do You Make A Face book Application?

Under the lil search engine on the left of the facebook home page says applications...click on that and then click "browse more applications"

Here is a page which explains all about how and where to build a facebook application. http://developers.facebook.com/
Also there are groups which hold what is called "Facebook Garages". I know they are having on here in Vancouver very shortly. At these garages developpers get together to discuss developping for facebook. Also Facebook has a developers group here:
