There is a hacker in a few facebook groups im in and he keeps hacking the groups?
And everytime we make a new group he hacks it again constantly and changes the name to something vulgar. Can facebook do anything about this? Is it illegal can he please get jailed?

no one can do anything about it - just make the group private and dont let strangers into it
