Not sure why I keep getting Chinese (or other) instagram comments!

The last two characters mean "like." The first means "lofty."

Of course, that doesn't make any sense. The first character is probably miswritten. If you delete the top half of the character, it becomes "我," which means "I."

So the person said, "i like [it]?"

emphasis on the lowercase i, since it is written incorrectly.
