Is there an iphone app for this?
Is there an app for the iPhone to change the appearance of the apps on your phone? Some of the people I follow on Instagram have their twitter or kik app etc. decorated. And I'm just wondering what this app is called? Help!Smile it'll get you 10 points!

There is no "App'" but you have to jailbreak your iphone and you can edit it to however you want, you do it for free and its simple, but can affext your warranty
