All my contacts detail info are gone and my SMS won't work and when I try to re-enter them I get a error 100?

My instant messenger still works the only thing I have done is change my internet explorer to google chrome for my search engine. My contacts email addresses are still in their contact details but everything else is gone and won't except re-entering their info.

I have the exact same problem and no answers either. Not only do I get no answers but I have tried to google the info and they seem pretty mum about even having an issue but many people are reporting the same thing.
