My google chrome wont load some webpages like twitch.tv?

Hey so i lot of weird stuff have been going on so my chrome at first had a problem with add-on ads so tried to get rid of them the same way i did last time but didnt work so just uninstalled and reinstall chrome.It worked but now i have a new problem with loading up websites especially twitch I can load up youtube videos no problem but certain websites are either really slow or says its but never loads so yeah i could really use some help

Btw: Im using windows 8 and tried to install flash player on chrome but keeps getting stuck 928/1024 kb. not that i have slow internet i can be on battlefield 4 on my xbox one while having netflix in the background and using youtube at 1080p all at the same time no lag
