Time for other girls but no time for me? Please explain?

We've been dating for 7 months. Our relationship took a knock this last two months due to individual stress in our work and homelives. We decided to try harder two weeks ago and I have. Im not sure about him.

He used to chat to me all day every day. Okay he has exams this week but even so he used to chat during his breaks. But recently since we decided to try harder, he replies after two hours or sometimes reads but doesnt reply. The replies aren't conversational either, its just me starting a conversation!!

So this week I decided to message him once in the morning and once in the evening. His response time is faster but still not conversational. Im at a loss here. He says he misses me and loves me... but only when I ask. he says he wants to be with me but the way he behaves doesn't say.

Now I see he is DM'ing other girls on twitter. I know this because they tweet him stuff like 'Good luck for your exam' or "I hope you found that place today' Like things he never tweeted publicly. He has time to chat to other girls but no time for me??

Ask him about that. There is no point in agonizing about it. Be upfront. If you cannot be upfront in a relationship, there is no relationship.
